Return & Refund Policy
KARMEN KORMAC is a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order.
Return
Product must be returned to us within 10 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
Refund
Once the Product is received to the company successfully, KARMEN KORMAC will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.
The refund will be processed and the amount credited to the customer's bank account within an estimated timeframe of 5 to 7 business days.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However return is possible for all orders/products.
OR
Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return is possible for all orders/products.
KARMEN KORMAC doesn't accept cancel and returns or exchanges are not supported if your ordered a wrong size, color, or simply you don't like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the you ordered the wrong size or color, KARMEN KORMAC is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of capturing the right information
However, We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. Just please send a photo of the received product and if that really incorrect we will ship a new one ASAP or give a refund.
If your shipping address was incorrect and the product arrived for another address, We can ship a new one however the reshipment's cost is $10, otherwise We can refund the shirt's price. (shipping price not)
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
