We ship to most locations across India.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery is expected within 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipping.
For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the location and local logistics.

International orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs processes, but typically range between 7 to 21 business days.
All applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges are to be borne by the customer as per the destination country's regulations.

We operate and ship orders on all working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding National Holidays.
Occasionally, there may be unexpected delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as logistical disruptions or natural events. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Karmen Kormac shall not be held liable for such delays.
In the rare event that an order takes longer than usual or becomes untraceable in transit, Karmen Kormac reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
